was forced to take some time off after I dove in my softball game on Monday and could hardly walk on my left leg....maybe a deep tissue bruise or a muscle bruise (if that's possible). Each day that's gone by I've had a little less pain but feel that I need to get some miles on my legs and to see how the leg feels while running.
Ran on our treadmill for the first time in a long time. gps footpod said 3.3 miles but I had to reset it recently so need to adjust/calibrate the footpod.
changed here to 3.0 miles because that's what the treadmill showed. I just ran 6.0 on the treadmill the whole time.
