had problems with getting my gps watch to start so I used my phone and used the map my run app. I'm pretty sure that I ran aprox. .25 miles longer then what my gps watch would have said since I'm very familiar with the route.
I copied all the data from map my run to here...
my hope was to run 1 mile easy and then 5 miles at a tempo pace of 8:00 and then 4 miles easy...I did not have the legs to even run 5 miles at 8:00 pace...still very sluggish and not in great shape...my 5 miles averaged 8:18.
