plan was to run 2 miles somewhat mimicking what I plan to do at the River Bank Run....slow and ease my way into speed. Then run 8 miles as I would at the River Ban Run (my plan was to average sub 8:00 pace on treadmill). I hoped to be able to keep that pace up for the remainder of my run but just wasnt able to...moved the piano yesterday into Tyles basement and have run a lot of miles in the past few weeks
fast 8 miles I averaged 7:49 per mile
