fast finish long run
my plan was to run the first 10 miles at a 9:00 pace and the last 6 miles at 8:00 pace.
felt really good and was faster then a 9:00 pace but yet it wasn't a hard pace to keep up...first 10 miles were basically 8:30.
Next 6 miles were a bit harder but my new goal was every mile under 8:00 and maybe run a 7:45 pace...basically ran a 7:50 and all miles were under 8:00 except one 8:01
