watched a video yesterday where the guy said to have my mouth open and there will always be a little bit of water sloshing around as I take a breath...just don't worry about it and don't swallow it
talked to the lifeguard for a little bit during my swimming and she gave me some tips. I feel like I'm breathing better...maybe work on turning hips and not just neck so my mouth is out a little bit more to avoid water in mouth...she had me use a kickboard so I was forced to kick and not use my arms...to try and work on breathing a bit.
