my last 3 days of runs have been very easy/slow paced so I was hoping that would translate to super fresh legs today. Plan was to run the first 10 miles at a 9:00 or slightly faster average pace...maybe 8:55 (ended up averaging 8:48 because my last 3 were closer to 8:30)
my plan for the last 6 was to be between 8:00-8:30. Initially I hoped to be close to 8:00 but early on I changed that to hoping to be able to average 8:15 (ended up averaging 8:16).
