plan was to do 5 miles easy and 5 miles at slightly faster then my marathon pace goal (8:30-8:40)...8:15-8:30.
my slower easy miles were a bit faster (avg pace of 9:05) then I'd like but I think that was because I had 2 days of slow easy miles
my faster miles were slightly faster then I had planned (avg pace of 8:14) but really the last mile was the difference. very good pacing overall
