gps watch was working while riding but didnt give me a chance to save it and wouldn't transfer to computer. I'm sure the time isn't exact, but its close.
I changed the gear each mile going back and forth between the fastest gear (and going apro.x 2:45-2:50 per mile) and the next gear (going 3:10-3:20 per mile). 1st mile was probably the slowest at aprox. 3:45
