2 miles easy (run and walk)
4 @ 8:41 pace. I did some of the above walking in the midst of piecing these 4 miles together. My IT band is still super sore and Paula said her doc said it is important to walk/run when coming back from IT band injury. It really helped. I took an ice bath after, and I am not as sore as I was. I am hoping to attempt 13 this weekend.
