Split this run between river and downtown Sapulpa. I did two 1000s at the river and struggled on the third. I ended up doing two more downtown Sapulpa with much better results. I used my inhaler before running, and that really helped. Distance is approximate. I did 1.5 warmup, two 1000s, .40, then headed back to campus which was around a mile. Then in Sapulpa I did a .8 warmup, .62, .25 recovery, .62, and around .75 cool down.
