Notes
With a big group, ended with Emily and Liz. My stomach was KILLING me during this, most likely because I ate 3 cookies before this run lol. The good thing about having IBS though is that my stomach hurts all the time so I have learned how to live with it and therefore can run through stomach pain any time. #girlswhohaveIBSarehotANDtough
Emily and I reminisced on the (not so) good ol' highschool days. Highlights include:
-Not having practice at all on Tuesdays and then coming here and having a WORKOUT every Tuesday.
-Finding out what we were doing 5 minutes before practice started (we never had set workout days or anything, she'd just be like "surprise bitch we workin out!"
-Getting put in new track events the day of because people would always end up dropping out
-Having to write and turn in journals every week
-Lifting like 4 times a week but the lifting coach was a wrestler
-Running hills as the warmup to get to the hill workout spot (and then the cooldown too, haha rip)
