Notes

Rolled out then lathered myself in castor oil. Chapman wants me to take two weeks off but idk if I can stay sane doing that! Might at least start some light XTraining sometime next week when I get my Y membership renewed so I can be doing SOMETHING. Maybe a few shakes here and there. I want to fully recover for sure, but my body really does not feel that wrecked? IDK though it's a LONG xc season ahead of me. We shall see.
