Notes

Did the "12 Days of Liftmas" challenge afterwards. One of my former teachers/the really annoying guy that lifts in there all the time told me that I still look like I'm 14 years old and sees that I haven't changed. I really wanted to say "you haven't changed either-you're still an ass wipe!" but I didn't because despite my amazing ability to come up with comebacks and insults that could absolutely DRAG people down to the depths of hell, I realize that my talent could cause too big of a dent to some people's large ego. So instead, I just laugh about it to myself (that is why I laugh so much, if you ever see me laughing at nothing, I probably just ripped someone apart in my head).

ANYWAY, this lifting thing was lowkey kinda hard! There were 12 different lifts, and we had to do the 1st thing once, 2nd thing twice, 3rd thing thrice, etc, BUT you had to start over after each new number. So like, 1 squat, then 2 pushups and 1 squat, then 3 medball throws, 2 push ups, 1 squat, etc. It hurt lol, I forgot the highschool lifting program is like for wrestlers haha. It sort of reminded me of a super set though and I thought it was fun! I like doing weird challenges like that. I remember one time in highschool, my teacher (same guy who made fun of me) made a joke about how I should join him and the football team doing the "Filthy Fifty" challenge after school. Perturbed by his lack of confidence in my ability, I went down there and did the challenge, because screw the patriarchy and the overglorification of the suckiest football team! So there I was, doing 50 reps of a bunch of different lifts as fast as possible with like, 80 sweaty boys. I literally could not walk straight the next day, it was AWFUL. Hopefully tomorrow I don't feel like that but I was already sore from yesterday soooooooo that might be wishful thinking.
