Started with a good group, ended with the sprinters (which is still a good group but not as good haha). Foot has still been bothering me and flared up after the long run yesterday. Was gonna have Chapman work it out today but he's gonezo. Cross trained more as a preemptive measure so I can do the workout tomorrow and race Friday. Would've rather ran but I am a hoe for the bike. Got a good grind in and I loved the longer duration. I gotta start adding a long bike double in on Thursdays or Saturdays because I really missed it haha.
