I currently do not have a way to cross train (which is REALLY causing me stress because I am used to biking almost every day). However, I am really trying to make recovery a priority and I felt it would be in my best interest to work on strengthening stuff rather than run and risk doing anything stupid. I was considering doing a little shake but I feel like even that can sometimes screw me over, my body just needs at least one day where it is not pounding on the ground lol. I wish it were different but that is how it is- trust me, I've tried to ignore that in the past and it has not worked out in my favor. Anyway, working on finding somewhere to stationary bike/fix my actual bike but for now this is what will do.
