Just a little shake since I probably should've just XTrained but it was so nice out! Felt achilles for about the first five minutes, then it got a little better. Ran on the course to end the cross season and finished on the track to begin the track season! I already want to race again haha. But I'm pumped to get some solid work in this winter and be a total beast when the time to race rolls around.

Also today, Carl, Jane and I were sitting in the common room and we were talking about lifting and muscles. I was telling them my long-time aspiration to one day have giant muscular calves, and Carl said "Shae. It's all about the tone. Your calves are absolutely fucking ripped" as I'm flexing my calf, and this girl walks by, does a doubletake, and walks straight out the door. Now, every time I see her, I have to try so hard not to laugh because of the look on her face, which I still cannot tell if her look meant "holy shit, those are some absolutely fucking ripped calves" or "holy shit, what the fuck is wrong with that girl".
