Lol the splits probably make 0 sense but did the 8x30 sec hills today. I only did 5 on the planned hill because I charged up some of the hills on my warmup and cooldown to get segments. One of them was like 3 minutes long and the other one was like 1.5, so I counted that as 2 hills and 1 hill, respectively. Medial side of left knee is still bothering me a lot, dont really know what to do about that. It's not horrible but it just feels like its being pulled a lot and there's like a big ball there, so it's one of those things that could probs get worse if i am not careful lol. Probs will either go to a PT at the start of next week or drive up to Wave town and have Chapman take a look see.
