I changed my mind and said "eff it, i'm gonna try to run" and it was actually pretty successful! I wore my compression sleeve on my right leg and that made a fairly significant difference in my achilles pain, so that is awesome! I am a little mad that I didn't think to do that sooner, but usually I wear that on my left leg so that's why. It's probably good I gave my legs an extra little break from the pounding anyway. A little worried about good ol lefty, I always wear my sleeve on that side, but I think I'm strong enough to bear without it. Plus, maybe I can even out my tan lines and get one on my right leg haha! My hammies are absolutely obliterated from lifting but soreness is something that I can run through, plus it means I'm getting swole! Felt good to run again! Might run again tomorrow since I took some extra days off, but I'll see how I feel about the sitch tomorrow and reevaluate.
