3 days core and then some hips. Knee hurt very bad today so I called the PT and am going there Monday to make sure it isn't anything too serious. Was ordered not to much until then. I remember it hurting really bad the day after nationals when I ran with Chapman, but I didn't think much of it since I was about to take two weeks off anyways. I'm beginning to wonder if it still has something to do with that though. I feel like it can't be anything too horrible since I've still been able to walk on it and probably could run if I really wanted to, but also I feel like I've bent over backwards trying to fix it and it isn't getting any better at all. Hopefully PT helps or can at least give me an idea of what I am doing wrong.
