Chapman worked my foot out for at least 35-45 minutes haha, which was a LOT longer than I expected. He said it's the worst it's been in a while. Probably because the bottom of it was inflammed from the snowy run on Friday and the top of it always is from my surgery. He hadn't worked out my scar tissue in awhile so that was also why it was so bad. Very painful but it was much better after so that's all that matters.
Also read some poems that he wrote in his office. He wrote a poem called "Togetherness". It was interesting. I am a hoe for poetry though. haha. hoetry.
