Easy trotting with Ian and Anthony for the first bit. Dropped Ian off at his house and there were some dudes across the street and one of them looked like they were holding a gun... so that was a little creepy given that it was still dark out and we think they yelled something at us. Felt pretty good as far as the run went though. HR strap came in so it was nice to be able to trust the HR I was seeing on my watch
