Overall a really good 2019 of running. I think running a bunch more miles is exactly what I needed to do to get good at the marathon, and I still have room to run lots more miles than this in coming years. Getting my marathon PR to 2:20 this year was a huge improvement and I'm excited to see how far below 2:20 I'll be able to get in the next few years
