Notes
Drove up to HOIT with MacCoy for some change of scenery and soft surface. Had a thirds progression run on the schedule, and while I didn't really break it up into thirds it was still a really good progression. It was a tad humid and windy but otherwise nice morning to run. Did the progression mostly solo and executed it about how I wanted to. Once again my legs never really felt like they were working hard, but aerobically I was definitely labored the last few miles
