Pretty satisfied with how this went. Super humid once again but didn't seem to bother me as much this morning as it did last week's workout. First time since last fall where I didn't just feel like I was barely holding on in an interval workout, I actually felt like I was running strong which is encouraging. In the mile repeats lately I've been feeling like as soon as I start slowing down within a rep I kinda just had to slow down and hang on the best I could, I didn't really have the ability to take a few hard steps to get the pace back up again, but this morning it was nice to feel like I was able to do that again. I am not sure if that is a result of the shorter reps, or if I'm getting into better shape. Probably a little of both. I also ran in the Adidas sub2 flats for the first time in almost 2 years, they weren't nearly as bad as I remember them. While they're not even close to Vaporfly level, I'll definitely start using them more for interval workouts
