Going into this I really wasn't sure what to expect. After that 25:00 run a few weeks ago where I struggled to run just under 6:00 pace I kinda had low expectations. I thought I might try to start around 6:00 pace and hopefully work it down from there. Got going though and settled into the 5:40s and it actually felt pretty easy. Locked into the 5:40s and worked it down a couple seconds each mile and it felt really good. The last couple miles in the 5:30s were harder, but it felt so good to finish strong
