South of Grand hills loops again. Ran the second lap hard to grab the strava segment and just to get in something before the workout Tuesday. Felt pretty good overall.

Met with Ellen Davis (dietitian) this past week to try to figure out my puking issue at the last few marathons. One of the things she suggested was doing a better job of 'training my gut' by taking gels on runs even when I don't really need them. So took a gel at miles 4 and 8.5 of this, and they settled well
