Perfect weather for an easy jog. Felt a bit tired from yesterday but not sore. Wore the HR monitor and tried to keep my HR low and did a pretty good job of that. Had to run into the grass at one point to avoid a fat old lady and her dog, as I passed her she made a comment about my short shorts and started laughing, her voice and laugh sounded exactly like Mama Fratelli from The Goonies so that was entertaining lol. Another good week of feeling healthy in the bank
