Actually felt pretty good on this. Glute was better than yesterday. HR 137 and cadence 168 isn't bad either. Maybe my glute will hold up this weekend... hopefully I'm still fit enough to hold onto sub 2:19 pace. Gonna be a huge pack and just need to get to 20 and see what happens...
