Whoop says HRV is just okay at 44. No surprise then that I felt gassed, and there was no way I could do a tempo run, even though I wanted to. Whoop gave this run a 12.8 Strain Score. It shows an interesting curve to my HR, very high in the first 30 minutes, falling off at the end, but it makes some sense because I had to slow Randy down. Trying to keep up with him in the beginning was too much.
