Notes
Neighborhood arroyos. So sluggish and had to walk a few times. According to Whoop, recovery is normal today with HRV at 53 & RHR at 51. It gave this run a 12.3 Strain Score. Notes with Coach (reverse chronological order):
Neely Gracey10/15/2020 5:46 AM so fun! glad you are ramping up for the excitement and planning ahead with things you can control.... I agree with the Maurten caff... split it. do have coffee the day of the event tho and caffeine has about a 7hr life inside you, so the gel is just topping that off as you go
Karl Rysted10/14/2020 5:07 PM I'm down to one Maurten caf gel (plenty of regular ones) so I'm tempted to take it half at a time since I'm caffeine free now.
Karl Rysted10/14/2020 2:57 PM Feel like I've been drugged instead of the actual opposite situation. Organization is a go for launch, Houston. Checked to see what kind of batteries my headlight uses for Friday night's run, AAA's, so I'll take extras just in case. Need to make a list of things like that. Friends will be joining me for the last loop, walking because 2 of them are recovering from surgery, at 3:45 Saturday afternoon. Then there will be tailgating!
Neely Gracey10/14/2020 2:47 PM laughing through your coffee taper comments :) All set organizational wise for this weekend?
