Really tough after working until midnight. I got up about 8 so at least I got almost 8 hrs sleep but that meant it got hot during my run, upper 80's at the end. Coach Neely had sent me a note saying drink a lot of water in my meeting last night and during the run, just slow down if need be and let the HR guide me, so I did. Kept refilling my water bottle (once with Gatorade) and I still lost about 3.5 lbs of sweat. Longest run since January '16!
