6 x 20/40 strides just after mile 4. Whoop said this morning that "despite sleeping well, your HRV and RHR indicate your body is still recovering." HRV is down to 29. It gave this run a 13.5 Strain Score & called it "solid exertion." As usual, my HR spiked during the strides.
It warmed up quite a bit by the end & I downed about 28 oz of Skratch during the run.
