According to Whoop, recovery is normal with HRV at 60 & RHR back down to 55. It gave this run a 12.1 Strain Score & HR was climbing gradually throughout, along with the pace so that makes sense. So glad I reached out to Coach Neely and got a little structure going into the race! It wouldn't have occurred to me to do the 20/40's yesterday but they worked like a charm getting rid of the soreness in my quads. That always surprises me so even though I've read a lot about running, I don't understand that!
