Whoop says I'm short on sleep & to consider a nap, so of course, HRV was low at 25. Picked up the pace a little during the 2nd loop, solo, and definitely increased the effort & it shows in my HR. That's when I hit the max of 162. Whoop gave this run a 13.6 Strain Score.
