Group run but just my buddy Randy came-forgot to turn on my Garmin but know my pace from his Strava post for the first 2.6 miles when I let him go because I had gone into oxygen debt and had the dry heaves. 77% humidity was part of the problem-this used to happen a lot back in OK. Got my breath back, walking a little and then running very slowly back to the parking lot where he was waiting. Foot felt great!
Even though I haven't been keeping the food journal consistently, been eating a Greek yogurt every day. No more reaction.
Foot started hurting later when I was walking from my car to work, about 0.3 miles.
