Evening practice at "A" Mountain. Really good day at the soup kitchen. Felt good on this run & wasn't pushing much! It usually takes me over an hour and I thought it was the first time I'd broken an hour, but then Strava shows on New Year's Day 2016 at a group run I was much faster. Oh well! Whoop said recovery this morning was excellent with HRV up to 74 & RHR down to 51. It gave this run a 11.3 Strain Score.
