Fun run with Dustin & Beth at SVT. Notes to Coach: No hugs, appropriate social distancing. Whoop says recovery is good with HRV up to 85 & RHR low. It called this run "very heavy cardio" and it is a challenging trail but we took it easy so I'm a little surprised it's a 18.6 Strain Score (out of 21)...[later] After an hour and a half nap this afternoon, that high strain score on Whoop made more sense. Yes, the run took its toll!
