Whoop: "green" recovery day, 75% with HRV up to 74! Good sleep performance but HR went too high on this run & it can't be the meds now. Whoop gave it a 13.7/21 Strain Score & says I spent 6 min. 28 sec. in my highest HR zone. Heat/humidity training for the body. The mind is harder to train. Lately I've been facing an old demon, the one who says, "Long slow runs don't get you ready for marathon pace."
