Another Sunset in Paradise Run-Great recovery this morning according to Whoop with good sleep, HRV at 76. It gave this run a 12.4 Strain Score. On the graph where I picked up the pace about mile 3-had my iPod in and Christina Aguilera's "Candyman" came on and it's got a faster beat than I usually use in an easy run!
