Instructions from Coach Neely: 2mi WU, 3mi cut down, 1mi CD. Progress the pace as you can for the 3mi cutdown, starting fast but controlled, and then working the pace down and increasing the effort as you go. My note to her: Whoop says recovery is right there, consistent lately, just down in the yellow with HRV at 45 and says Body is Rested. RHR down to 51. It gave this run a 14.1 Strain Score. Loved this workout & got my HR really high during mile 5!
