Hit my high HR process goal! Same as 10/8 but without the 1 min. bursts. Loved doing a workout again! According to Whoop, recovery is good with HRV at 59. It said strain was really high yesterday at 19.4. Both Sharon & I were tired from soup kitchen so that makes sense because I also ran in the afternoon. It gave this run a 15.8 Strain Score. So happy to hit max HR 181 during the last 2 min. bit!
