Was thinking about how COVID-19 patients lose their sense of smell and taste and smelling the flowers, was so grateful for these things that we take for granted. Unplugged and starting to enjoy it, but Saturday the music would have been nice but my old iPod shuffle doesn't play music any more, even though it shows to be working when plugged into the computer. New cheap SanDisk mp3 player on the way.
Whoop says recovery is still very low and I had GI issues this morning. It gave this run a 10.1 Strain Score & I kept HR low so it's all good.
