about 3.5 hrs elapsed time-Kept looping back home for water & gels. Maurten gels every 25 minutes, alternating caf & no-caf. Stopped or walked during gel breaks. Enjoyed the tunes on my new mp3 player! Whoop said recovery was down this morning with HRV at 28, oh well, not gonna stop me, and it gave this run a 18.5 Strain Score.
