Plan: 40 min easy w/ 6 X 20 sec strides w/ 90 sec rest between. Shaking off the long road trip when I got to the AirBnB in OKC. A couple of strides at the end. Whoop said recovery was excellent with HRV up higher at 55. It gave this run a 6.0 Strain Score.
