2mi WU, 2mi at tempo effort, 400jog, 2x800 hard on 400 jog, 1mi CD. Note to Coach Neely: Got kicked off the track! Was doing the tempo portion when a security guard came over and nicely told me I'd need to leave. He's a triathlete and we have some mutual friends, so it was a nice chat! Moved the 800's to the road where I parked. Slept in and Whoop said I needed the sleep but it got up in the 70's so I wish now I'd gotten up earlier. TMI but I have to pee too much at night because I don't hydrate early in the day like I should and then I catch up at night. So that would be a good process goal, hydrate earlier in the day!
