Waking: HRV 63 with meter green/10. HR went as low as 36.6. CV is back down to 9.6%. Whoop shows almost exactly the same, ready for a workout.
Plan: 2 mi WU, 6 x 400 at 1:50-1:55 on 400 jog, 1 mi CD. No weird sensations or stiffness this time & nailed it! Splits: 1:55, 1:56, 1:56, 1:48, 1:53 & 1:50.
