Notes

The only convenient way to get this workout in was on the stationary bike at the Y. 30 minutes in the middle doing one of those simulated hill programs. I don’t have any HR data on cycling & wish I did. It was in the 140’s for much of the “tempo” portion. It seemed hard compared to when I run with my HR in the 140’s.
