Notes

My left knee has been irritated under the kneecap like the onset of patellofemoral pain syndrome or runner's knee. To clarify, it doesn't hurt when I run, only sometimes when I get up from the couch, etc. My plan is to do this yoga class or some kind of pre-run routine until it clears up.
