2mi WU, 2x30sec on 90sec, 2x1min on 2min, 2x2min on 2min, 2x1min on 2min, 2x30sec on 90sec, 1mi CD~6.5mi. Looks like I hit max HR during the 2nd set of 1 min. pushes. Good times as always on this workout! According to Whoop, I'm at peak recovery with HRV up to 86 so maybe taking an Alleve last night helped. And of course I'm still taking the tart cherry supplement so inflammation shouldn't be a problem. Whoop gave this run a 14.5 Strain Score.
