While Sharon was at the doctor's. Think I increased my pace/effort too fast and then couldn't finish (planned 1 more mile). Polar HR strap was having some issues but according to Whoop, my HR kept increasing to 178 right before I stopped & that's really high for me. Also GI emergency so it was a rough day.
